Just a note to let you know about our trip through STI. I cannot tell you how impressed we were with all of your personnel in Egypt. I have never been treated so warmly or competently as we were with your agency. I did not know about STI prior to booking with you. I read your information on your web site and decided to trust you. I am so glad I went with my instincts. To have missed this trip would have been a tragedy.
Your Egyptian counterparts were always on time, always dressed professionally, the cars were always clean and in good condition, the drivers were exceptionally competent (I have never experienced such traffic in my life) and the guides were extremely knowledgeable and personable. The Nile cruise was exceptional and everything I had hoped for. Michael, our tour coordinator in Cairo, was a joy and a pleasure to work with. I had no idea of the security measures in Egypt prior to our trip. I can't say enough about the coordinators and guides who got us through these measures with so little difficulty. Our tour guides, Emil (sp?) and Tarek (sorry I don't remember their last names) were exceptional.
Thank you for the trip of my life! I was an art history major in college and seeing and experiencing Egypt was a dream of mine. You made it happen. Thank you...thank you...thank you.

Thank you so much.
We had a wonderful flawless time. It was a trip of a lifetime and we certainly have so many to compare over the many years we have travel the world.
From the moment we arrived, being met at the airport by your agent, visa issued and being transported to our hotel, it was a seamless well orchestrated adventure and introduction to Cairo and ever so pleasant. From this very first moment throughout our stay we knew we were with a very special tour company. Our personal guide in Cairo was the best, Henry Ayoub. We left feeling that he was our lighthouse, our beacon of knowledge, showing us and teaching us all about Egypt. He was continually passionately making us feel that our living history lesson was worth the long trip. He along with our other guide for the trip on the up the Nile, Tarek El Soultan were both Egyptologist and spoke English extremely well. Hats off and keep up this quality of tours.
Needless to say this was from the start to finish a five star trip with food and hotel at least five stars as well. The people of Egypt were one and all, happy, charming and friendly people. Forget what you read in the newspapers! Plain and simple- Egypt was extremely safe! No protests, no sign of "any" anger for Americans at all only smiles and helpfulness. English is practiced throughout all the hotels, and tourist sights. The Egypt Museum was worth the trip alone and surprise of surprises Egypt's Alexandria, is home to one of the world most extraordinary and modern libraries. It is no wonder that this site is part of the full experience on this trip.
While the rest of the world was in caves Egypt flourished 5,000 ago and people traveling there will wonder at all that they created for us to still enjoy and witness.
Well done STI and we certainly will be taking more trips with you.

In particular, I appreciated the services of personnel from your agency at every location that we visited, the selection of the places that we visited, and the wonderful guidance by your tour guide Aiman; he brought us Egypt closer than I ever would have imagined with his very well informed commentary and his suggestions for any additional activities, such as the carriage ride in Luxor that brought some most interesting experiences. I also found the accommodations and the food very good, even though my room in Sharm el Sheikh was somewhat remote from the ocean and from the rooms of the other participants.

Dear Christina and everyone at STI,
Our trip to Egypt, September 17th to October 10th, 2006, couldn't have been better. It far
exceeded our expectations. You told us that we would be taken care of from the minute that
we landed in Cairo until we boarded the plane to come home, and oh so true! We have never
been so well looked after on any trip and we have been traveling for over 30 years.
This was our 3rd trip to Egypt, but the first one was 24 years ago. The second one was just
for one week in Cairo. We wanted to do everything that we hadn't done before and also
repeat a few things. You worked with us until the trip was just what we wanted. All of your
representatives in Egypt were great but we must give extra thanks to Ahmed Stoh, last name
might be spelled wrong, who oversaw our whole trip, and then to Andrew Nematalla, who went
to St Catherine's with us and without his help, my husband would never have made the trip
up to the top of Mount Moses, which he said was an experience of a lifetime. At 77, he was
the oldest person on the mountain that morning to see the sunrise.
We were lucky to have Phillipe for our driver the whole trip except for Luxor and Aswan and
the 2 cruises. He drove us everywhere, including to Alexandria and back and then from Cairo
to St Catherine's and on to Sharm el Sheikh. He was a great driver and the most caring man
we have ever met. Also could speak some english. He slept in the car ourside the monastery
from 1:30 a.m. on, in case my husband couldn't make the trip all the way and had to come
back down the mountain.,,We just can't say enough nice things about these 3 people. They
really made our trip special.
We really enjoyed the cruise on the Nile on the Mojito, but the highlight of our trip was
the cruise on Lake Nasser. The boat, the Kasr Ibrim was beautiful and the cruise was
fantastic. We had a candlelight dinner on the top deck while the ship cruised to in front
of Abu Simbel with it all lit up. Even got to see some live crocodiles in the lake one
morning.
We loved Alexandria and our hotel, the Henan Palastine which was in the Montazah Gardens.
Also, Hilton Fayrous in Sharm, was wonderful.
We would travel again with STI and will recommend it to all of our friends. They were
outstanding!

I just wanted to thank you again for making all of the arrangements for our Egypt trip.
We had a fabulous time and it was everything we were hoping for and more!!!
Our accomodations were fantastic and we really enjoyed spending part of the time
near the Pyramids, and part of the time downtown Cairo on the Nile. The transportation
and guides were excellent and every transition went without a hitch. We were surprised to
be so warmly received in Egypt as Americans and felt very safe with all of the Tourist
Police everywhere. You and your agency are first class and I couldn't have been more
pleased with the trip. I will strongly recommend you and STI for wonderful travel service
to anyone interested in such a trip. Thanks again!!!

WOW!
Egypt was great, thanks to some of your wonderful advice and help. We had a fantastic time
the boys would go back in a minute. The overnight train was fun - seeing the countryside
change from Cairo to little towns/houses. Cruise was also quite good. Have not even touched
on the sights! All the people we worked with from your organization were just superb-rarely
have I met so many quality people on one trip!. Egyptian people were very nice - did not
at all have a problem with any - salesmen included! (just gotta treat them with respect-and
humor...). I thought it was hot there, that is until I came back to this heat wave we have
had in Montana!
Thanks again for setting up the trip for us - I will be back for next years trip.

We were very impressed with the services of Tamer, our guide, on board the cruise ship "Mojeto" from May 6-10/06. He was always thinking about how he could make our trip more enjoyable.
On my birthday, he presented me with a birthday cake at our dinner table, and was accompanied by the staff in song. On an other occasion, we asked where the nearest cyber cafe was located. He insisted on guiding us to the internet location. He was always so helpful.
However, his best quality was his knowledge of present and past Egyptian history. I am a retired history teacher. I was always amazed at how quickly he could answer all of our questions.
You have a very valuable employee, treat him well. He serves your company with a great store of knowledge. Staff members such as Tamer are hard to locate.

Just a few extra comments beyond your evaluation report. The recent trip with your company was a trip of a lifetime!! The experience of being met at the airport on time, Having the transfer agent take full charge of your luggage, taking you thru immigration, checking us in with the airline, passports, etc, made it so pleasurable. Your transfer man in Cairo, Rafik Samuel was super excellent, knowledgeable, and full of personality. Taib, in Luxor who took us thru the Nile River Cruise, is so knowledgeable of his history, it is amazing. He is also full of personality and helpful in all ways, in addition to his knowledge. He was super excellent. He goes over and beyond as did all of your agents. Hent, in Cairo, is also very knowledgeable in her history, and makes a day of sight seeing fun and pleasurable. Your drivers are all excellent, and in the kind of traffic they drive in!!! They were very courteous and friendly also. The transfer man meeting us at Abu Simbel, who I cannot recall his name, unfortunately, was very good with making things go smoothly with our flights from Aswan back to Cairo. He was so friendly and personality plus. Your choice of hotels is excellent. I loved the Grand Hyatt Cairo! Also the Cataract in Aswan. I have traveled with a lot of companies, all good, but you are outstanding. I cannot brag you up enough. I will definitely try to travel with you again, and have told all my travel buddies of your company, who now want to try you out.
Also, the Nile River boats are clean, excellent food, great service, and friendly people.
Thank You for making this trip for us the most outstanding, memorable one we have ever taken, and we have taken a lot, but you are number one !!!

I just wanted to write a short note to say thank you for your help and assistance with our recent trip to Egypt. It was wonderful,
amazing, remarkable and memorable. Everything was top notch and professional. The ship MS Mojito was beautiful and the
staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone from Sakarra, from our guides to our drivers were extremely professional,
friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our every need. In every way, the trip exceeded our expectations.
And most importantly, we took thousands or great photographs that will no doubt appear in magazines and guide books all over
the world.
My only regret was that we couldn't spend more time in such an amazing country. I will certainly recommend STI, Sakarra

As the partners of Sunnova Productions and Travel, it is our pleasure to thank and commend you for the services received during our recently completed tour of Italy which included visits to Venice, Florence and Rome. We were accompanied by 62 customers on the tour. From beginning to end it was clear that there had been great attention to detail. Linda Santini is to be especially commended for her professionalism, enthusiasm and dedicated committment to assuring that everything was to our liking. She went far above and beyond what we expected by arranging lunches and dinners, and meeting with interested persons for unscheduled shopping and touring opportunities. She worked tirelessly to assure that each of our customers had a satisfying and memorable vacation experience.
In each of the cities the scheduled events went smoothly and on schedule. The tour guides were always there to meet the buses and the buses(and boats) were always on time for our departures and arrivals. The hotels were more than adequate in their amenities and decor as well as in their location. In fact, in each city, it seemed to us that we were in the ideal location to access the scheduled tours and to make the best use of our available free time. Lastly, the tour guides in each city were excellent in their knowledge of the various attractions and all seemed to have an unusual passion for the beauty and histories of their cities.
From the time that we met Linda at the airport in Venice to the time that we departed through the check-in gate at Rome, it was clear to us that we were doing business with a first class operation. To the great staff at STI:
We just returned from our excursion to Egypt. We are already asking ourselves
which destination STI will take us to next. Our entire vacation was wonderful
and we won't hesitate to book our next world adventure with such a responsive
and attentive agency.
We really had a great time, and did not have any concerns about who, or if, a
someone would meet us at the varied destinations. The transfers at every
departure and arrival were on time, and each transfer agent was there to see
that our luggage and tickets were handled properly. The guides were very
personable and their commentaries were enjoyable. Each guide, in their own way,
was able to bring ancient Egypt to life. Everything was run very efficiently
and was well scheduled.
The meals on the cruise were fantastic, and the hotels and cruise portions
were outstanding. Even the camels were better than we anticipated!
We hope to do more business with STI in the future. We have traveled
extensively, and this is truly the first time I've ever returned from any tour
without a complaint of some type. Flawless service, excellent program, and
outstanding service.

We all four had a marvelous time and we are still talking about it and sending
digital pictures back and forth. I took over 400 digital pictures in that one
week. Our friend from Tennessee said for him it was a vacation of a lifetime.
The whole STI team did a wonderful job. Especially to be commended are Dina
with the excellent assistance and tips before the trip, our guide Isis in
Cairo, and guide Ahmed on the cruise and in Luxor.

Just a note to give you my evaluation report for the Egypt trip with Majas
group on August
First of all the airplane was just fine EgyptAir
The accommodations were upgraded in every instance and I really
liked that. The JW Marriott in Heliopolis was fantastic and I only wish I could
have walked around and seen more of it, including the pool. So busy from the
time we got there that I never even got to walk around. But, it was very nice.
Rooms were nice sized and in excellent new condition.
Our guide, Omar Farouk, was very, very good. Very gentlemanly
and went over and above the guide that he was. He was like a mother hen
watching over us at all times.
Our upgrade to the Mojito on the Nile was very nice and we
enjoyed it very much. The Nile Cruise was excellent.
I think the security on the buses made us feel very comfortable.
I do want to tell you that one of the highlights of my daughter
and my trip was the night show at the pyramids. It really was very nice and it
capped the end of our vacation.
I was never disappointed and had a very memorable tour.
Having thought about canceling when the bombing occurred, I am
glad that I did not.
The Egyptian people are very friendly and I came away with a very warm feeling
for all of them.

Just a quick note before completing your survey form. . .
THE MAJA CARAVAN TO EGYPT WAS FANTASTIC!!!!
The Egyptologist, Omar, was very knowledgeable, and simpatico
to the max. He gave us baseline knowledge at the Cairo museum, and filled us in
at every temple stop along the Nile Cruise. Kom Ombo was my personal favorite,
with the Nileometer being demonstrated. He had answers to all our questions,
and always had time for each individual's topic of concern. In addition, his
personality was well matched for a group of ladies traveling alone, with an
interest in archaeology and perhaps better educated than the average traveler.
Although the scheduling was hectic, I appreciated the
opportunity to do as much as humanly possible in such a short time.
I am recommending your service to all the ladies in my office,
and have assured them that security is not a concern when traveling with you.
The Egyptian people were,without exception, warm and welcoming to us throughout
the tour.
I am looking forward to booking with you again.

Please know how much Nani and I appreciate how well you put the trip together
for us. We had a wonderful time and were well taken care of by your staff and
colleagues at STI, everyone was accommodating, courteous and personable.
I must mention one person, in particular, who did you proud in Cairo. Because
of his constant attention to us, our trip was all the more enjoyable. Ahmed Al
Sagheir is a great credit to his profession and your company. He was not only
attentive, but professional. He guided us through our entry to Egypt, ride to
the hotel and check-in. He checked in with us every day to see if everything
was alright. He was most accommodating. He never allowed us to carry anything.
He was always there to make sure things ran smoothly. He seemed to take great
pride in his work and his command of the English language is excellent. This
young man should get a promotion!

My wife and son returned from Egypt today. They had a wonderful trip, loved
the country and its kind and warm people. All the services provided by STI were
of the highest quality, really above our expectations. Everything went smoothly
(as planned), there were no difficulties, facilities were first class and all

Excellent!!!! What a cultural experience!!!!
STI did a fabulous job! Our tour guide Ayman was the best. He
often went above and beyond our expectations by offering additional tours/sites
to see, his historical knowledge of the temples/tombs was excellent and
precise. The guy had a personality that wouldn't stop! He was a real gem.
All of the hotels that we stayed at were wonderful....extremely
clean....exceptional service......the food for the most part was good...but it
is better to be a little adventuresome menu wise if you really want to
experience the complete array of Egyptian food. If you are a fussy eater, then
you may have a hard time finding food to your liking. This is true especially
aboard the river boat where most of the food served was of Eastern/Egyptian
variety....but still a variety of other foods to choose from such as chicken,
vegetables, and a small variety of desserts. Some of the women in our group
survived on rolls and butter.....and lots of dessert.
The best hotel was the Marriott near the airport......REAL
Egyptian bedding....a robe and slippers for us in the closet....great breakfast
buffet! The resort itself was absolutely stunning! The Marriott also had a
really fun wave pool, along with a large lounging pool for the adults....and a
seperate children's pool area. A golf course surrounds the resort. Great
service. Very high end!
The cruise up the Nile was simply breathtaking! This is a must
for anyone going to Egypt! Life along the Nile is anything but
boring.......local village women doing their wash....herds of camels strolling
the desert......Nubian villages with round domed buildings......children taking
their daily bath in the river......horses, donkeys, goats, many species of
birds.....Date palms swaying along the river's edge..........green farm fields
as far as the eye can see......and of course the beautiful sunsets!
The Mojito
river boat was brand new......stunning bathrooms......beautiful ship.....great
cabins overall (all outside cabins with sliding doors). The pool was a bit
small, but it was nice to soak your feet in. Service was excellent. Very
friendly atmosphere overall.

went so smoothly!
We LOVED the upgrades on the hotels we got! Especially the Ritz in
Sharm! That was soooo fantastic! i wish i had more time there!
The climb up Mt. Sinai, was whew...quite a climb! I had to take a camel
part of the way up with my mom! Oh yeah, and our guide, Ahmed, climbed
the mountain with us! Lucky for us because we really needed him!
Most of the tour guides/hosts were really great and now i have some
friends to keep in touch with in Egypt!
I really feel like i need to go back soon and spend more time in some of
my favorite places! After showing my pictures to my co-workers, they are
excited about Egypt too and after my excellent stories about how easy it
was to arrange my trip with you, they are even more excited. They can
just call you up and order "The Wong Family" itinerary!

I returned from my trip on sunday and wanted to give you some feedback.
My mother and I both had an incredible experience and would not hesitate
to do it again. Not only were the sights lovely but the people as well.
Now for some specifics:
1. Flights on time and no problems whatsoever.
2. Extremely satisfied with the service of the representatives in egypt
who met us at the airports and helped us out. They were very punctual,
informative and went out of their way to assist us.
3. Tour guides were amazing. Very knowledgeable about the sites,
history and people of Egypt. Always had a good suggestion as to what to
do during free time. Made us feel very welcome at all times.
4. Tour schedules were great and itinerary always full.
5. Hotels were top notch and the service was all we could ask for.
6. Food arrangements were great!
All in all, it was a great time and i would recommend your company to
